I recently had my second hip replacement with Dr. Langan, who is both a kind gentleman, and conscientious professional. In 2018, after extensive research in three states for my best options for a qualified surgeon and family support, I came to TN, staying with my son, and decided on Dr. Langan. He was honest, clear, and very positive, answering the many questions and concerns I had. The results were excellent, allowing me to resume my teaching career after a strong recovery with TOA’s physical therapy department. On January 3, 2022, once again, I chose Dr. Langan’s proven expertise, and sincere care for his patients, allowing for a very successful second anterior hip replacement. I’m forever grateful and blessed to be given my life and mobility back. As well, Dr. Langan's office staff, and nurse Ashley, have always been very friendly, and conscientious regarding appointments, calls, and patient needs. The physical therapy team are true pro’s and work closely with Dr. Langan and staff, to provide optimum results for the best recovery. In these “uncertain times,” having Dr. Langan as my surgeon, his staff and PT support is a blessing. He supports my ambitious recovery, but is clear on his wisdom to “Listen to Your Body.” I’m proud and grateful to God, for entrusting this “one of a kind doctor” and gentleman, as I return to a full and active life!

Dr. Langan is an exceptional person first, and a great doctor as well. Dr. Langan took his time and came to my hospital bed and made a splint for my broken foot. He was my knee doctor and helped get me to a physician to operate on my broken heel. Exceptional.

I just had a followup for my right knee revision. Dr. Langan has replaced both my knees and the revision on the right. He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and a really nice guy. So easy to talk to and a trusted professional. My husband sees him as well. I definitely recommend him and have to family and friends.

From start to finish Dr. Lanan is a true professional. He replaced my right hip about 2 years ago. Last winter I had pain in my left hip and needed that replaced as well. He did both of them. There was minimal recovery time in both cases. I was driving within 3 weeks and back to 100% within 3 months. I now have full motion and no pain in both hips. In addition to Dr. Langan being an outstanding surgeon, he is a good listener and has a great sense of humor. I recently sent a friend to see him and she was impressed as well.

Dr. Langan listened to my concerns and examined/X-ray and then took the time to explain what it could be and next steps. All of his staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Langan takes the time with you to make sure you feel confident about your health issues. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Langhan is very knowledgeable and also personable. He explains things very well and never appears rushed. He also starts with basics for treatment and doesn't jump to more complicated therapies.

Dr. Langan did a total knee replacement and the surgery went great and my knee is almost 100% to complete usage without pain. Takes all the time you need to answer your questions. His assistant is great as well.
